Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at katieng.bs@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Handling Fee
Please note: If a return is approved, we will charge a 15% handling fee based on the item’s purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as pet treats or supplements)
Custom products (such as personalized items or special orders)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products or hygiene-related items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% handling fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
