Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.

Shopkcozy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, VAT, or local taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.


6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at katieng.bs@gmail.com

. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
